Lime sauce with mushrooms & Cilantro.
1. 1-ounce butter
2. 1 fluid ounces olive oil
3. 4 ounces mushrooms
4. 1 jalapeno
5. 5 minced garlic cloves
6. Black pepper & salt to taste
7. 1 teaspoon paprika
8. 1 teaspoon flour
9. 8 fluid ounces chicken or vegetable broth
10. 1 tablespoon Sour cream
11. 1 lime
12. 2-ounces of cilantros

Instruction how to make Pepper and lime sauce
1. Add 1 fluid ounces olive oil and butter to skillet
2. Cut the jalapeno from the middle and remove the seeds, then chop it to small pieces
3. Slice your mushrooms
4. Add minced garlic, mushrooms, and jalapeno to the Sauté pan
5. Sauté all till color changes
6. Add salt and black pepper to the taste
7. Add paprika
8. Add 1 teaspoon flour
9. Add the broth
10. Add the sour cream
11. Bring it to boil, then lower the heath
12. Add 1 lime zest and juice
13. Smear for five minutes
14. Add your cilantro
15. Your sauce is ready
