Tips:

Ingredients for the shrimp:
1/2 kg (1 LB) small size shrimp
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon lime juice
A small amount of vegetable oil or olive oil
For the sour cream sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1-2 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
Dash of salt
For the corn and black beans salsa:
1 can of yellow corn (432 g/15.25 OZ)
1 can black beans (439 g/ 15.5 OZ)
1 small red onion – small dice (1/2 cup)
2 medium tomatoes – small dice
2 jalapeno peppers (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon coriander
2-3 avocadoes to serve
For the rice:
5 cups cooked white rice
Zest and Juice from one lime
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
