Ingredients:
250 g ground chicken meat
1 cup grated coconut meat
or desiccated coconut
minced garlic
minced onion
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp.ground black pepper
1 tsp.paprika
teaspoon of garlic
Procedure:
In a bowl combine grated coconut meat and chicken ground meat.
Add mince garlic,onion,
add paprika and ground black pepper and a
teaspoon of garlic salt
then seasoned with salt.
coat in breadcrumbs
Then fry until golden brown
