Ingredients:
1Whole cauliflower
1/2 cup oil
2 medium onions
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp grated garlic
8 Green chilli
2 tomatoes
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Paprika powder
1tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup fresh coriander
Method:
In a pan add oil when the oil is hot add onions, salt, garlic, green chilli and tomatoes. cook for 1 minute in medium low heat then add all the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes in medium low heat then add the cauliflower mix well, cover and cook for 6 minutes in low heat. After 6 minutes add fresh coriander then cover and cook for another 2 minutes in low heat and your cauliflower buna is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with hot roti. Enjoy
