The Best Shepherds Pie Recipe

Shopping list

1 1/2 lbs Potatoes
1 lbs Ground Beef / turkey
2 Carrots
Celery
Onions
Scallion
1 16oz can cream style corn (we used 2 8oz cans )
1 16oz whole sweet corn
1/2 cup vegetable broth
8 Oz sweet peas
8 Oz mixed vegetables
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Dried Rosemary (fresh rosemary is best)

Mash potatoes
Butter
Milk
Mayo

Topping
Parmesan cheese
Pepper Jack Cheese
Paprika
