Ingredients:
Pumpkin soup:
1. 1 Pumpkin
2. half a pot (about 8 – 10 cups water)
3. Salt and Pepper to taste
4. Star Anise
5. Sichuan Lovage Rhizome
6. Mushrooms of choice
Meatballs:
1. 0.5 kg minced meat (pork)
2. 1 large egg
3. Spices (paprika, your choice)
4. FIVE SPICES POWDER
5. Pepper
6. Soy Sauce
7. 1 tbsp water (for meatballs to stick)
