Ideális recept annak, aki egy kis vega pörire vágyik. Gyorsan elkészül, bármilyen köret jó lehet hozzá, csak fantázia kérdése.

Hozzávalók:
1/2 vöröshagyma
1 dkg vaj
1 ek sűrített paradicsom
1 ek Édes Anna
250 g csicseriborsó (főtt vagy konzerv)
2 ek tejföl
kuszkusz
snidling
csemegeuborka
fűszerek : só, bors, fokhagyma-granulátum, paprika, füstölt paprika

Ingredients:
1/2 onion
10 g butter
1 tbs tomatoe purée
1 tbs sweet paprika paste (optional)
250 g csickpeas (boiled or canned)
2 tbs sour cream
couscous
chives
pickles
spices : salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, smoked paprika
