INGREDIENTS:
1 pack 12 oz. or 340 grams spaghetti
3 large chicken breasts
half of a large red, green, yellow, orange peppers
2 medium carrots
1 cup celery stalks thinly sliced
1 cup curly green beans
half of a medium red onion
6 cloves of garlic
3 thumb size fresh ginger
4 tbsp. light low sodium soy sauce
dried spice mix of rosemary, thyme, chili paprika, smoked paprika, roasted garlic, chili flakes, chicken bouillon
1/3 cup scallions or spring onions for garnishing
2 jalapeno peppers (optional)
2-4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or any oil of your choosing
salt + pepper to taste
