Chicken Marination:
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Chicken boneless 750 g
Dahi (yogurt) 1 cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Lahsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tsp
Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Lal Mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
Namak (salt) 1 tsp
White sauce:
Butter 2 tbsp
Meda (All-purpose flour) 2 tbsp
Doodh (Milk) 1 cup
Lahsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tsp
Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Namak (salt) ½ tsp
Assembling:
White sauce
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Colored bell pepper (Optional)
Chili flakes (Optional)
Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
In a bowl add yogurt, tomato paste, lemon juice, Garlic powder, Ginger powder, Black pepper powder, Paprika powder, Red chili powder, Parsley, Oregano, Cumin powder, salt, and mix well.
Add boneless chicken mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
In a pan, add butter and let it melt, add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk and mix continuously until smooth & sauce thickens.
Add dried parsley, Garlic powder, Ginger powder, Black pepper powder, and Paprika powder, salt, and & mix well.
In a frying pan, add oil and marinated chicken, cover, and cook until chicken is done.
Add white sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Colored bell pepper cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Sprinkle Fresh coriander and serve with boil rice.
