For marination:
2 T-bone steaks (room temperature)
2 tbsp olive oil + 1/2 cup Worcester sauce + 1 tsp black pepper + 1 tsp salt
For sauce
1 tbsp butter + 1 tsp olive oil,
1 tbsp chopped garlic,
1 cup sliced mushrooms (saute for 4 to 5 minutes until soft),
add 1/4 cup water + 1 cup of heavy cream,
1/4 tsp black pepper,
1/4 tsp white pepper,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp smoked paprika,
1/2 tsp onion powder,
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Cook for 5 minutes until desired thickness is achieved.
For Beef steak;
1. In a hot pan add 1/4 cup canola oil (heat the oil until smoking hot)
2. Add steak and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side
3. Now add 2 tbsp butter along with 3 crushed garlic and poach the steak with garlic butter for 1 minute.
4. Now let the steak rest for 7 minutes then serve.
