INGREDIENTS:
tsp = teaspoon; tbs = tablespoon
β₯ 2 cans red beans (or 1 cup dry beans, cooked until soft)
β₯ 3 paprikas
β₯ 2 red onions
β₯ 2-3 celery stalks
β₯ ΒΌ cup (60 ml) tomato puree
β₯ 1.5 tsp ground cumin
β₯ 0.5 tsp chili (add more if you want more heat)
β₯ 1 tsp paprika powder
β₯ 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
β₯ 0.5 tsp cinnamon
β₯ 2 tbs soy sauce
β₯ 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
β₯ 1 tbs maple syrup (or 0.5 tbs sugar)
β₯ Salt, pepper
β₯ oil
Serve with rice (1/3 cup dried rice/ person)
I cook my rice in double volume of homemade vegetable stock + salt
Coriander leaves + tomatoes/red onion/salt + avocado/lime juice/salt
