THAI CHICKEN CURRY
1 chicken breast small pieces ½ can cut baby corn
½ pack of Firm Tofu cubed ½ can straw mushrooms
3 tbsp. red thai curry paste ½ can bamboo shoots
2 tbsp. cooking oil 14oz can coconut cream
1 tbsp. ginger/garlic paste ½ julienne cut red bell pepper
1 tsp. Salt to taste ½ julienne cut yellow bell pepper
½ tsp red paprika
