All 3 of these mac and cheese recipes will blow your mind.
All 3 recipes are easy and take less than an hour to cook. I have made southern mac and cheese and all 3 of these are better!
I smoked one on a #Traeger grill and baked 2 in the oven.
Here are the ingredients:
3 pounds of elbow macaroni
3 cups of milk
2 12ounce cans of evaporated milk
2 cups of butter unsalted
Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse rub
Smoked Paprika
4 pounds of Medium Cheddar cheese
1 pound of Velveeta cheese
You will mix the whole bag of Al Dente (half cooked) pasta with the milk, butter, evaporated milk and then make 3 separate batches of mac and cheese that you will see in the video.
The pellets that I smoked the mac and cheese with is the #Traeger Gourmet Blend wood pellets.
