Sesame Chicken Ingredients⬇️
3 1/2 cups of Rice
3 Medium Size Red Bell Peppers
4 Medium Tomatoes
1 medium red/yellow onion ( half blended and half fried)
3 Inch Ginger root
1 Scotch Bonnet (add according to your taste)
1.5 Cup Beef or Chicken Stock or Water
1 cup Tomato Paste
2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 Tbsp Creole Seasoning (or any of you prefer)
1 Tbsp White Pepper
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon
1 Tbsp Thyme
3-4 Bay Leaves
Salt to taste
Bake at 400°F for 40 – 50 mins or until rice is soft.
