1 Large whole Lobster ( cleaned and deveined)
1 1/2 cups Elbow Macaroni
1cup Whole Milk
1/4cup White Cheddar Cheese
1/4cup Yellow Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1/8 grated Parmesean Cheese
1 medium Red Onion (finely diced)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
3tbsp fresh Parsley(finely chopped)
2 tbsp Butter
1tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1tbsp Paprika
1/2tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2tsp Mrs Dash Original (Salt free)
1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper
1tsp Adobo Seasoning (for Pasta Water)
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning (for Pasta Water )
1/4 cup Reserved Pasta Water
