Ingredients:
Serving 3 People
7 to 8-Bonless Chicken Thighs
1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1/2-Tbsp Dark soy sauce
1/2- Tbsp Sugar
1-Tbsp Paprika
1/2-tsp Black pepper
1-tsp Garlic powder
2-Tbsp Olive oil
For Sauce:
1-Tbsp Melted butter
1/4- Cup white wine or sherry wine
1/2-Cup broth
1/2- Pint Heavy cream
1- Dried Chili Pepper cut into cubes
2-Stalks fresh rosemary
4-Stalks fresh thyme
1-Tsp Chipotle
Step 1:
Clean the chicken thighs, remove all excess fat wash and dry out with paper towel, Put all ingredients above to the chicken, and marinade for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Heat the pan, add oil and brown the chicken, set aside, remove excess oil
If needed. pour the the butter, saute the thyme and rosemary, add dried chili
pepper
Step 3:
Pour the broth, wine and heavy cream, follow the chipotle powder, simmer it
for about 2 minutes in a medium heat. Add the chicken thighs simmer for 8 minutes. the chicken is ready to serve with white rice, bread or salad Enjoy!!
