Recipes for snacks in video

Fancy Vampire
2 Splash of pomegranate juice
2 Black berry & 2nraspberry
Prosecco, or some sort of bubbs
Mash berries with pomegranate juice . Fill a champagne flute 75% of Prosecco. Top with berry mixture

Smokey Cider makes 2
2 oz Mezcal (3 if its been a long day)
4 oz cider
2 ounce club soda
1/2 lemon
Mix mezcal, cider, and lemon in a shaker with ice. Shake until hands hurt, pour over ice. Top with an ounce of club soda. Enjoy!

Pumpkin pie hummus
1 can 15 oz pumpkin
1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
3-4 Tbsp milk
3-4 TBSP maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Place all ingredients into a food processor blend until very smooth. About 3-5min. Use spatula to push down the sides in between blends

Sweet potato lanterns
Olive oil
Sweet potato
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat over to 415*
Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. If you are making lanterns cut triangles for eyes and semi circle for mouth. In a bowl, place potatoes , olive oil, Smoke paprika, Cayenne ,Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder mix until lightly covered.
Place potatoes on a baking pan , place over for 15 minutes, flip bake another 15min .Let cool
Smoky dip
Teaspoon of chipotle pepper (more if want more of spice)
6oz of greek yogurt
Table spoon chili onion crunch
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in bowl until smooth

Pecan monster balls
10- 14 Dates
1 cup Pecans
1/2- 1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Decorations
Unsweetened Coconut flakes
Chocolate melting
Candy eyes
If dates are dry, place dates into water for ~20min to rehydrate. IF your dates are fresh skip this step.
Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until forms a ball/paste. If paste is too wet add more nuts or oats to help soak batter. Once desired texture roll into small balls. Place balls into fridge for 20-30 min.
Melt white chocolate chips. If melting in microwave ; microwave for 30sec, stir, 15 sec stir and so on until smooth. Place a another plate fo coconut flakes and work quickly. Roll cool ball in chocolate, add google eyes, top with coconut flakes; repeat.
