Keto-Tandoori Coconut Chicken Roast || নারাকিল & তান্দুরি দিয়ে চিকেন রোস্ট
Medium Whole Chicken 1 (put cuts on the chicken)
Powder onions 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coconut 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsps
Vinegar 1 tbsp & salt
Sauce:
Double Cream 1/2 cup
For Marination
In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, onion, salt, vinegar, tandoori masala, coconut, turmeric, paprika, ginger & garlic paste.
Mix it well.
Keep in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
In a pan add oil & marinate chicken. Cook till chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken.
In a gravy add cream and make sauce .
Pour the sauce onto the chicken to serve.
