– Cabbage ( Sliced)
– Pickled Ginger
– Fried Beans
– Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
– Coriander leaves ( chopped) – For garnish
– Dry roasted Gram Flour ( besan flour)
– Garlic oil /Olive oil
– Chillies ( chopped)
– Salt
– Fried Garlic
– Dry Roasted Peanuts
– Dry Roasted Sesame seeds

Pickled Ginger
-Ginger ( Julienned)
-Lime / white vinegar
-Salt

Fried Beans
– Broad beans – 2/3 cup
– Chickpeas – 2/3 Cup
– Split Peas – 2/3 Cup
– Oil – For frying
– Salt – To taste
– Smoked Paprika -1 tsp
