Resepi Bebola Kentang Keju

Bahan-bahan

250 gm kentang (direbus)

2 sk garam

1 sk lada hitam

1 sk serbuk paprika

1 sk herba kering

1 blok keju mozzarella

1/2 cwn serbuk roti

1/2 cwn susu segar

1/2 cwn tepung jagung

Minyak masak

Cara memasak

1. Masukkan kentang dan satu sudu kecil garam ke dalam periuk. Rebus kentang sehingga empuk dan lenyekkan di dalam mangkuk.

2. Masukkan lada hitam, serbuk paprika, satu sudu kecil garam dan herba kering ke dalam kentang yang dilenyek. Gaul sebati.

3. Bulatkan adunan 1.5 cm dan ketepikan.

4. Penyet tengah adunan dan masukkan keju mozzarella ditengah-tengah. Rata dan bulatkan.

5. Golekkan bebola ke dalam tepung jagung dan biarkan seketika.

6. celup bebola ke dalam larutan susu dan ke dalam serbuk roti. Pastikan serbuk roti melekat sekata ke semua bahagian.

7. Goreng bebola sehingga keperang-perangan. Angkat dan toskan minyak.

8. Bebola kentang keju siap dan boleh dihidangkan dengan sos cili atau mayonis.

Cheesy Potato Ball & Mozzarella Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

250 gm potatoes (boiled)

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of black pepper

1 tsp of paprika powder

1 tsp of dried herbs

1 mozzarella cheese block

1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

1/2 cup of fresh milk

1/2 cup of corn flour

Cooking oil

Cooking methods

1. Add potatoes and 1 teaspoon of salt into the pot. Boil potatoes until tender and mash them inside a bowl.

2. Add black pepper, paprika powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and dried herbs in mashed potatoes. Mix well.

3. Round the mixture into 1.5 cm ball and set aside.

4. Make an indentation in the middle and place mozzarella cheese in the center. Round it evenly.

5. Coat potato ball in corn flour and set aside.

6. Then, dip the potato ball in milk and coat in breadcrumbs. Make sure it is evenly coated with breadcrumbs.

7. Deep fry until golden brown. Lift up and drain oil off.

8. Cheesy potato ball is ready to be served with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
