INGREDIENTS –
3 Lbs. of Meat – London Broil (use an inexpensive cut) – Bite-size pieces
3 Lbs. Yellow Onions (Chopped)
8-10 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
@1//4 Cup of Flour
¼ Cup Canola Oil
4 Stalk of Celery (chopped)
2 Bay Leaves
4 Tablespoons of Sweet “Hungarian Paprika”
Additional 5 Stalks Celery Sliced
2 Hand Full of Carrots (@ 2 Cups) (I used Baby Carrots)
Option – 1-2 Cups Cubed Potatoes
Salt and Pepper
½ Cup of Red Wine (Use Wine that you would drink – do not skimp!)
Side: Noodles, Dumplings – ”Nokerli”
Sour Cream (can use Plain Greek Yogurt)
