Step:
1. Heat 1/4 cup oil, whole garam masalas and 2 dry red chilly
2. Add 2 medium size onion chopped into fine pieces, 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic, 2 Tbsps. chopped Ginger and salt as per taste
3.Add 2 green chilly and few curry leaves
4. Sauté until onions turn golden brown
5. Add 1 bay leave and 1 tsp black pepper powder, then add the chicken pieces
6. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Paprika, 1/2 Garam Masala and 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder( Mix the masala well to the chicken)
7. On medium low heat cover and cook for 7 minutes
8. Add 1 tsp Paprika, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala and cover and cook for 5 minutes
9. Add 1 tsp Pepper Powder and cook for 4 minutes
10.Add 1 cup of chopped cilantro
11. Add 1 tsp of Rice Vinegar- Serve it hot
