Ingredients:

Chicken:
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts (can substitute thighs)

Marinade:
2 cups buttermilk
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Breading:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp cayenne
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Spicy Mayo:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp hot sauce

Misc:
3 cups vegetable oil
Sliced half-sour dill pickles
