INGREDIENT :::
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Chicken
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 C Chicken Broth
10 Taco Shells
8 oz Cheddar Cheese – shredded
8 oz Monterey Jack – shredded
Heat oil in pan, add ground chicken, cook until almost done. Add in all spices, mix well. Add chicken broth. Stir well.
Lay out shells in a baking dish, add a sprinkle of cheese, chicken mixture and additional cheese on top. Bake until cheese starts to melt, approx 6 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
