Ingredients

Boneless/skinless chicken breast
4 cups flour
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup pickle juice
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespooon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Let chicken soak in seasonings, pickle juice and buttermilk for 20 mins.
Let fries soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
Triple the seasonings above for the flour and cornstarch mixture.
Fry until fully cooked, which will depend on how big your chicken are.
