INGREDIENTS
Mutton 500 g
potatoes 3
Garlic clove 1 whole
Tomato 1
green chili 2 chopped
onion large 1
salt to taste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp corainder powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 black cardomon
4 black pepper
1 cinamon stick
4 tbsp yougurt
half cup peas(frozen)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 tsp black pepper crushed
1/4 tsp garam masala
green corainder for garnishing
PREPARATION
Take a pot and add meat,onion,garlic,tomato and add all the spices and 2 cup water mix it and cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame until meat is cooked properly.Add ginger paste and yougurt and mix it. Add oil and fry the meat masala until the oil is seperated.Add potatoes and peas and mix it . Add black pepper crushed and add green chili and fry the masala properly. Than add 2 cup water and cover the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.Add garam masala on Top. Add corainder leaves and delicious aloo mater gosht is ready for serve.
serve hot with boiled rice and chappati,naan or roti.
