Let’s cheat day recipe
Ingredients:
Bread
4 tb sp butter
6 chopped garlic
1 chopped onion
1 chopped capsicum
1 tb sp maida
1 cup milk
1 tb sp smoked paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs
Half a cup cheese
Method:
Add 2 tb sp butter to a saucepan
Add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum and saute for 3 minutes
Add 1 tb sp maida and 1 cup milk and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add smoked paprika, mixed herbs and cheese and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
Cut off the edges of the bread if needed and add 1 tb sp of the cheese mixture on a slice of bread.
Wet the edges with water and seal it with another slice.
Grill the sandwich till crispy.
Best with ketchup or chilli sauce
