Dynamite Fish Sauce Recipe
Let’s make Restaurant Style Dynamite Fish
Dynamite Sauce Ingredients:
Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
Sriracha Sauce: 3 tbsp
Honey: 1.5 tbsp
Dynamite Sauce Recipe:
Take a bowl & add mayonnaise, sriracha sauce & honey & mix well. Dynamite sauce is ready. Keep it a side.
Flour Mixture Ingredients:
All purpose flour: 1/2 cup
Corn flour: 3 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder: 1 tbsp
Flour Mixture Recipe:
Mix all purpose flour, corn flour, salt & garlic powder in a bowl. Keep it a side.
Fish Marination Ingredients:
White fish: 500g (cut it into cubes)
Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Paprika: 1 tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tbsp
Egg: 1
All purpose flour: 2 tbsp
Fish Marination Recipe:
Take white fish fillets & dry it completely. Cut the fish into cubes. Take a bowl & add fish, soy sauce, salt, paprika, garlic powder, egg & all purpose flour. Mix all well to marinate the fish.
Take one fish piece & coat it well with flour mixture which we kept a side. Repeat the same process with all fish cubes.
Fry the coated fish on low-medium flame until get golden brown.
Now coat this fried fish with dynamite sauce which we prepared earlier.
Top it with some spring onions.
Voila! Your Dynamite Fish is ready. Enjoy!
