Today Grandma Matilda is Cooking a Traditional Hungarian Birka Gulyas Mutton Goulash
Ingredients:
3 Smaill Onions
1 Large Tomato
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil
1 Kilogram of Mutton Knuckles
1 and a half Tablespoon of Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3 Medium Sized Potatoes
2 Carrots
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Celery
Add Salt to taste
Watch Granny for Directions
Only Add Potatoes and Carrots when the meat is halfway cooked
Total Cooking Time Approx 2 Hours until Meat is soft
