Today i ‘m sharing with you, a full day diet plan for vegan weight loss. This video contains recipes of breakfast , lunch , snack and dinner. Vegan is a plant- based diet, in which meat and dairy products are not eaten. I just tried to help those, who are searching for some vegan diet recipes.
You can lose weight, only when you make a goal of losing weight in your life.
Drink plenty of water or at least 8 glasses of water a day, which helps to decrease your cravings.
Recipe for Breakfast
Banana Oatmeal porridge:
-1 cup Water
-1/2 cup Oatmeal
-1 Banana
-1 tsp Chia seeds
-1tsp Honey
Recipe for Lunch:
Steamed veggies:
-1 Broccoli
-3 Potatos
-5 Carrots
-Salt to taste
-Black pepper to taste
-Red chilli flakes to taste
The above lunch recipe given isfor 4 person, you can reduce amount of ingredients if you are making for less than 4 person.Thank you
Snack of the day:
1 Apple

Recipe for Dinner:
Mushroom Masala without Oil:
-150g Mushroom
-1tsp Salt
-1tsp Turmeric powde
-1tsp Paprika powder
-1 tbsp Garam masala
-1 tbsp Lemon juice
Served with spinach/salat and radish.
Detox water
Ingredients:
-1litre Water
-half Lemon (sliced)
-few Mint leaves
