Delicious food doesn’t have to be expensive. This vegan Tikka Masala is made from simple and cheap ingredients but it’s still full of flavour. Serve Tikka Masala with rice, fresh coriander and cashew nuts.
Ingredients you will need:
1 minced onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 sliced red chili
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 can crushed tomatos
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 dl (7/8 cup) vegan turkish yoghurt
3 dl (1,25 cup) soy slices
1 l (34 oz) vegetable broth
