1 yam
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup milk
Vegetable muffin eggs-
4 eggs
3/4 onion
1/2 potato
1/2 tomato
seasoning-
1tsp oregano
2 tsp paprika powder
1 1/2 tsp basil powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt to taste
Banana oatmeal-
1 banana
2/3 cup oats
1 1/2 cup milk
Paneer and sprouts sandwich
1 onion
4-5 garlic
1 tomato
1/2 cup sprouted green gram
1 cup paneer
Oatmeal baked bar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp oil
Almond butter to taste
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey/maple syrup/ dates syrup
You can finish it with choco chips or jam for an appetizing look
