Here’s ingredients :
900 g chicken thigh
500 g liver
500 g gizzards
1 glove Garlic
1 pc ginger
2 tbsp oyster
1 tsp vinegar or lemon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation :
Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, salt, pepper, paprika powder, vinegar or lemon.
Gizzard boil for 10 minutes to make it tender little.
Directions:
Heat the pan, pour the oil and fry the garlic and ginger and gizzards . Then put the marinated chicken when is tender the chicken put the chicken liver with oyster sauce and chili.
