Guacamole:
3 big ripe avocados, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
2-3 stalks spring onion, chopped finely
1 bunch coriander, chopped finely
10 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 jalapeno/ green chillies, seeds removed and chopped finely
1 Β½ teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon raw honey
150gm creΜme fraiche/ Greek yogurt
2 lime, juiced
salt
Salsa:
2 big vine ripen tomatoes, seeds removed, chopped
6-8 cherry tomatoes, seeds removed, chopped
8 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 jalapeno/ green chilli, seeds removed and chopped finely
2 shallots, chopped finely
3-4 sprigs of coriander, chopped finely
2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon raw honey
salt
