How to make Turkey Broth from SCRATCH (part 1) | The late Sylvester Griffin's Recipe

Hey everyone! This is part one of a two part video. Next I’ll show you how to make turkey gravy.

For this recipe I used:

3 Turkey drumsticks (leave the skin on)
Fresh rosemary
Fresh thyme
3 Green onions
4 Celery Stalks
2 green bell peppers
2 med brown onions
1 whole garlic
1 tsp paprika (not pictured in video, but I did add off camera)
1 Tbsp salt (season turkey)
1 tsp pepper
20 cups of water
salt to taste (broth)

Preheat oven to 425. Roast for 40 min. Please watch video for further cooking instructions.
