Steam Chicken Jo La Jawab Kr Deh
Ingredients:
5kg Chicken
2 Cups Yogurt
3tbs Red Pepper
1tsp Paprika
2tbs Salt
1tbs Cumin Powder
2tsp Tumeric Powder
1tbs Garam Masala
2tbs Coriander Powder
1tbs Kachri Powder
3tbs Soya Sauce
3tbs Vinegar
2tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
Instructions:
Take a Bowl add Yogurt, Red Pepper, Paprika, Salt, Cumin Powder, Tumeric Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Kachri Powder, Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Ginger Garlic Paste.
Mix everything well.
Take 5kg chicken and Put few cuts on them to allow the marination to go inside the chicken.
Now cling it and keep it aside for 4 hours.
Pre heat a pot on medium flame for 15mins.
Fill 1/4th water in the pot and wait till it boils.
Put a stainer covered with aluminum in the pot so that you can place the chicken pieces on it.
Close the pot and levae it for 45 minutes on medium flame.
After 45 minutes take the cover off now if you want to give the chicken pieces a bit shine to look good.
Take it out on pyrex baking dish and put some butter on top and keep it in oven for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes take it out and serve it hot with fires and salad.
This recipe makes 20 chicken pieces.
