On this show, I invite guests over to cook different dishes (mostly food they have never eaten before or are not too familiar with), while we discuss almost everything and anything.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken Bake
– 8 chicken thighs (with skin and bone) – I already marinated this with salt, black pepper, and fresh garlic, to taste
– Salt to taste
– Black pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
– Olive oil
– Unsalted butter, 2 med. cubes
– 2 tbsp flour
– 1 cup cooking cream
– ¼ cup cream cheese
– 1 cup water or chicken broth
– ¼ cup basil
– ¼ cup parsley
– 1 tbsp paprika

Bake time: 170 degrees for 10-20mins, or until chicken skin is brown.
Ps: make sure your pan is oven friendly. Preferably, use a cast iron pan.

Sweet potato mash
– 5 medium sweet potatoes
– 1 cup heavy cream
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ½ tsp fresh garlic, minced
