Who doesn’t love a quick and easy burger recipe. This one is a little mid week cheat but works out cheaper than buying the pre-packed vegan burgers and tastes twice as good.
These burgers take 5 mins to prep and 5 mins to cook.
If you prefer a spice to your burger this recipe works great with a pinch of chilli flakes and sweet chilli sauce on the side.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
– 300-400g of vegan mince (we used Meatless Farm)
– 1 quarter of a white onion
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt & pepper
– Fresh parsley
– 25-30g of vegan cheese (we used Violife grated)
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– Vegetable oil
– Burger bun, salad & sauce to serve
