POPCORN CHICKEN
400g Chicken Breast, cut in cubes
MARINADE:
½ cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vinegar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Oregano
1 pc Egg
BREADING:
½ cup All Purpose Flour
1 pack Crispy Fry, Original
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
Oil for frying
1. MARINADE: In a bowl, combine Milk and Vinegar. Set Aside to bloom in 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes, add Salt, Garlic Powder, Nutmeg, Paprika, Oregano and Black Pepper into Milk mixture. Mix well.
3. Add Chicken Breasts into a marinade. Marinate and Refrigerate for atleast 2 hrs to overnight.
4. BREADING: In a bowl combine Flour, Crispy Fry and Cornstarch. Mix well.
5. After Marinate, separate Chicken into Marinade and crack 1 Egg and add 2 Tbsp of Breading and whisk. Set Aside.
6. FRYING TIME: Coat the Chicken with Breading (Press it and Shake off excess Breading). Deep fry into preheated oil.
7. Fry until golden brown.
