Easy Fried Fish Fillet Recipe

All ingredients are available at local markets in Dhaka

Ingredients:

Basa Fish Fillet(Found at any grocery store in Bangladesh, it is better to buy pre-processed fillets)
Marinade:
Lemon and Lemon Rind(Lemon skin)
Paprika
Black Pepper
Salt
Marinade with these for 10 minutes
Batter:
Flour 1 cup
Corn Flour 2 Tbsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/8 tsp
Club Soda, try to match the texture in the video but it can be lighter

Sides:
French fries and Mustard leaf
