Chicken mince or qeema 1/2 kg
Vegatable oil 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 2 medium
Tomatoes chopped 3 medium
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Tomato paste 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
SPICES
Salt 1 &1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 &1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 &1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
GARAM Masala 1 tsp
Zeera or cumin seed 1 tsp
Cinamon sticks 2-3 small
Fresh Coriander and chopped green Chillies for Garnishing
