Deviled Eggs is a delicious #EggStarterRecipe. In this #DeviledEggs; the eggs are hard-boiled and the yolks are mixed with dijon mustard, mayonnaise, red chilli powder and vinegar. Try out this #StuffedEggs and garnish it with spring onions. Do try this recipe and share your feedback with us.
Deviled Eggs Recipe:
Egg – 2 nos
Dijon Mustard – ½ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Mayonnaise – ¼ Cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – For garnish
Spring Onion – For garnish
Cooking Instructions:
1. Hard boil the eggs for 12 mins, in salted water. Peel and cut them in half.
2. Keeping the halves intact, remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
3. In the bowl of yolks, add the mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
4. Fill this egg yolk mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
5. Pipe the mixture back into the hollow egg halves.
6. Garnish with red chilli powder and chopped spring onion greens.
