Welcome back to another food recipe! 😋
I was so happy with how it turned out and my family loved it too. It’s super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. This fried chicken is packed with flavour but it goes well with sweet chilli or tamarind sauce 🙂

Ingredients:

Chicken marinade:

9-10 chicken drumsticks
3tsp salt
2tsp black pepper
250ml coconut milk

Flour mix:

1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of shredded coconut
2tbsp of cornflour
2tsp salt
1tsp white pepper
3tsp coriander powder
2tsp paprika powder
2tsp dill
