Salt – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Frying the chicken
Butter – 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Gravy
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 3
Ginger & Garlic chopped – 3 tbspn
Green chillies – 2
Onion chopped – 2
Tomato chopped -2
Cashew nuts -10 – 15 nos.
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Chilly powder -1 tsp
Paprika -1tsp
Garam Masala -1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Fresh cream – 5 tbsp
Butter-2 tbsp
Water- 1 ½ cup
Dried Kasuri Methi crushed -1 tsp
