In this video guys we are happy to share with you our simple cooking of Chicken Tantuni.
The ingredients are:
Chicken breast, tortillas/lavash bread, paprika powder, tomatoes, onions, parsley, vegetable oil, salt, paprika powder and sumac.
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken
3. Cook until the chicken starts turning golden brown on the sides
4. Stir the chicken and add the paprika powder
5. Remove the pan from heat
6. Wrap the the filling into lavash breads or tortillas and add the fresh sliced onions mix with sumac powder, fine chopped parsley and tomatoes.
