Ingredients:
Fajita Spice Mix (In the video I am making double quantity):
2 tbsp Cornstarch
4 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
Salsa Verde (In the video I am making double this recipe for dipping later) :
1/3 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
Approx 3 tbsp Jalapeno (or to taste)
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Juice from 1 Lime
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Chipotle Cilantro Sour Cream Dip
1/2 cup Sour Cream (My sour cream recipe: https://youtu.be/1gqDx4ODkWs )
1/2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, (Chopped)
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/8 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Tobasco Chipotle, (Less or more to taste)
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Other Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Thigh (as required, I am making 300 grams in the video) – Optional
(Can be made vegetarian with Cottage cheese or tofu or assortment of vegetables like Mushroom, zucchini, eggplant, etc)
Salt, to taste
Fajita Spice Mix, to taste
Salsa Verde, to taste
1 Red Onion
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper
Flour Tortilla, as needed
Mozzarella Cheese (optional. I didn’t add it in the video, but I usually do)
