Here’s a fried chicken recipe, adobo style! This is a really juicy and tasty fried chicken recipe that is very easy to do! This can be paired with any dipping sauce you like. You want it the FIlipino way? Try Mang Tomas with this one!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi juice ( Substitute to Vinegar )
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp pepper
5-6 bay leaves
1 tspn chicken powder
3-4 tbsp water
3 pcs chicken (quarter part)
1tsp salt
1/3cup water
after 15min, add another 1/3 cup water
FOR THE BREADING:
1 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
*You can add sugar ( Optional )
We did not add sugar since will use Mang Tomas gravy sauce
oil (depending on your pan, add oil enough to deep fry half of the chicken, then you can just flip it to cook the other side)
