Paprika Rice
What you will need is:
Left-over cooked rice
Salami or pepperoni
Green pepper
Cook the rice
1 cup of Jasmine Rice
2 Cups water
1 Tablespoon butter or olive oil
1 Tablespoon chicken bouillon or chicken-style seasoning
Cook rice until water is gone and rice is done
In a frying pan add
1 Tablespoon butter or olive oil
Cut up the pepperoni or salami
Cut up the green pepper
Sauté the pepperoni and green pepper until pepperoni is crispy and peppers are soft
Add cooked rice until heated through
Serve
You can also make this with other meats or other vegetables if desired.
