(FR) Le Houmous – 4 ingrédients seulement – est très apprécié en entrée ou apéro et peut accompagner viandes grillées ou froides.
Peut-être agrémenté comme on veut avec huile olive, piment fort ou doux, cumin, zaatar (thym sauvage)…
Le Houmous est riche en protéines, en fibres et vitamines. C’est un bon substitut à la viande.

INGREDIENTS :
– Pois chiches 400g
– Tahina,, crème de sésame – 4 CàS
– 1 Lemon juice
– Eau 1/2 verre, 100mL
– Ail 1 gousse dégermée – Optionnel
