No act of love, however small, is ever wasted.
Easy cooking for busy families

Preheat oven to 375 F
In a small bowl combine 2 Tblsp of your desired paprika, 1 Tablespoon salt, 1 tsp. ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. onion powder and 1 tsp. garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
In a bowl that can be covered, place your chicken thighs. Mine was bone in and skin on but you can use boneless and skinless. Coat your chicken with the paprika mixture and mix on chicken in bowl. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of either white vinegar or lemon juice over it and mix it well with the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours but overnight is best. Place the chicken in an oven proof container and pour any leftover juice over the top. Cover it and place in 375 F oven for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and turn the chicken over, cover and put it back in the oven turning the temperature down to 275 F for about 1 and 1/2 hours. Enjoy!!
